Patient and helpful customer service especially during a time of royal mail slow service. Product looks great!

Placed an order for just one tshirt. After 3 days I could see that I had been charged but had received no confirmation email and therefore no order number. Of course when you try to track the order or talk to the bots chat option, they will only proceed with an order number, which I never got. Have sent an email but after seeing the reviews here, I'm not hopeful for a response.

I’m trying to return an item from them. I’ve sent several emails and live chat messages and the only response I get is the auto responder saying “We take a huge amount of pride in customer services and always respond as quickly as we can”, yet they’ve ignored five emails. Would not recommend.

I was clear in my reviews that I was referring to the postage cost of returning the defective item. This was never refunded despite Darren asking for my contact details.

Ordered a t-shirt on next day tracked delivery in October. On the order confirmation it says 2-3 days for printing and then dispatch. Nothing has ever arrived and the order tracking has zero information. I emailed for an update after 4 days and never had a response, despite their customer feedback form saying they will respond within 24 hours. Well over a month later, it never came and there is no way of getting hold of anyone at the company.
Pretty sure this is a total scam.

Try reading the review! I did not say Trust Pilot, I am referring to the site Loox on which 8Ball INVITED me to provide a review. The review did not appear because it was negative. 8Ball... read the review before replying. Clearly this company can only get a good rating on a scam review site (just to be clear to 8Ball, I am referring to the site Loox).

This company is a total con! I highly advise you buy thshirts elsewhere, I've order six t-shirts from 8ball over a month ago with nothing to show for it!
I've emailed the company on four different occasions asking for updates then for an order cancellation and refund, all communications were ignored! I'm truly lost for words and genuinely don't know how I'm going to get my £99 back!!
Please avoid, you'll thank me later.

A COMPLETE CON! I’ve been waiting over a month for my order of one T-shirt (predesigned on their website) I’ve emailed their customer services, their help email and tried several web chats. I’m only met with automated responses stating they’ll get back to me within a day… I’m still being ignored despite my money being taken for a product they have no intention of sending me

Order never arrived- do not trust this company
Placed an order on the 6th December as a christmas present for my partner. Received confirmation that my order had been placed however never got further than that and I did not receive my T shirt. Sent 6 emails, 4 that have not been responded to. Was promised by ‘Darren’ to have my order shipped out within 24 hours of my initial complaint, and this was on 20th December, even after advertised 2-3 day delivery on the website; very misleading!
Appalled at the customer service, do not trust this company!

I’ve now sent 6 emails to Darren in the last 10 days. He had ignored each one of them. I want him to confirm that he will refund return postage for an order that he messed up 3 TIMES despite me being super basic explicit about what I wanted. I WILL NOT pay the return cost for an order which 8BALL are incapable of getting right. Darren needs to read up on Consumer Law. I notice he has time to reply in here so maybe he will reply to this. He does not seem to be able to reply to my emails.

I ordered a tshirt for a gift and it exceeds all expectations.
It's decent cotton. The print is perfect and the personalisation is stunning.
I'm thrilled as I'm sure the recipient will be and if not, I'll keep it myself.
Oh and did I mention the customer service- above and Beyond. Happy new tshirt day xx

Just purchased a t-shirt,wasn't sure about size,so contacted seller,who actually took the time and trouble to measure it for me ! Perfect fit,great design!
What I love about this seller,is the personalised service,really proactive and just really lovely people!

Order was delayed due to Covid - was notified and kept up to date, and when I had a query regarding the order I received a quick response from Kerry who was really helpful. Great supplier of T-shirts. I have bought a few tshirts from this company as they are reasonably priced, made from soft material ( so they dont feel like concrete after a few washes). And the print quality is amazing and so far after 20+ washes the image is still great. The customer service is awesome and very helpful. They are a cut about the rest for buying yourself or someone else Movie and TV related apparel. If they ever do raglan (baseball tee) designs they will be truly perfect!

I ordered some T-shirt’s, turned out to be men’s, my mistake. I contacted customer services and they were so helpful! Offered to exchange for girls sizes even though the T-shirt’s weren’t sold in girls sizes! They arrived and I’m delighted! Dont be put off by the bad reviews, looks like they had issues around Xmas with printers. Def no issues like that now!
